Version 2018.00 adds the ability to hide the Distribution Lists panel which is normally shown on the right side of the Contacts tab. To hide the panel, click the X button in the upper-right corner of the panel.
To redisplay the Distribution Lists panel, click the list settings button (it looks like a gear) and check the "Show Distribution Lists" option.
