Version 2017.00 improves syncing with Google Contacts. In the previous version, syncing was always 2-way and there was no mechanism to switch to 1-way syncing. Also, when a contact was deleted in VueMinder, the deletion wouldn't sync to Google Contacts (and vice versa). Version 2017.00 adds the ability to select the sync direction and to sync contact deletions. These options are provided on the Google Contact Sync window, accessed from the Share menu.
In addition to these new options, the performance of syncing contacts has been greatly improved. Since contact syncing is automatic and occurs in the background, you might also notice VueMinder runs faster in general.
