Notes and Journaling

A major new addition to version 7.0 is the ability to write notes and optionally pin these to dates, so they appear directly on your calendar. The Note Editor supports the same enhanced formatting provided by the event and task description editor, allowing pictures, links, and formatted text to be included in your notes.

After pinning a note to a date, it will appear in the calendar as shown in the example below.

Notes that aren't pinned to dates will be visible in the Notes list.
