Although we are extremely responsive and helpful to Lite
version users, Pro version users always receive top priority
for support inquiries. We respond to Lite version support
requests after all Pro version support requests have been
handled. You will still receive an answer within 24 hours,
but you'll get an answer much more quickly if you're using
the Pro version.
Send Feedback or Bug Report
- This will launch your default email client with a template that allows you to either send a bug report or provide feedback regarding
VueMinder Calendar Lite.
- If you are submitting a bug report, please include some
basic information about what you're seeing, so our support
staff can better assist you.
- You will usually receive a response within 24 hours, and
sometimes much sooner. This includes holidays and weekends.

- If you don't intend to upgrade to the Pro version, but would
like to help support the continued development of the Lite
version, please consider donating.
- Any amount, regardless of how
small, is appreciated. Your donation will help us pay for the
variety of expenses related to the Lite version, such as network
servers, customer support, and other day-to-day business
expenses. We'd love to continue offering the Lite version for
free, but we rely on donations or people upgrading to the Pro
version to keep us in business.

more, you can use this menu command to immediately upgrade to
a registered version of VueMinder Calendar Pro.

Check for Updates
- This will open the
VueMinder Calendar Updater window, which will check if you're
using the latest version.
- If updates are available, a summary of recent changes
will be displayed and you can choose to update VueMinder
Calendar Lite to
the latest version. Version updates can include minor
releases with bug corrections, or major releases with new
features.
- If you choose to update, the
VueMinder Calendar Updater
will download the latest version, close VueMinder Calendar
Lite, and
initiate installation of the update.
