Go Menu Commands
How to get here...
- Click the "Go" menu label at the top of the main window.
- Press Alt+G.
Why upgrade to Pro?
The Pro version adds the following commands to the Go menu:
- Year - Access a view of an entire year.
- Timeline - Accessing a horizontal view of your schedule.
- Event List - A tabular listing of all events within a specified date range.
- Task List - A listing of tasks. The list can be sorted, filtered, exported, printed, and more.
- Notes - A listing of notes, which are simple text-only entries that can be optionally pinned to dates.
- Contacts - Your contact list, with optional columns for every data field
- Year View Settings - To adjust the layout and font size of the Year View
- Timeline View Settings - To adjust the timescale of the Timeline View.
The Go menu provides commands for going to a different date, activating different view types (Day, Week, Month), and modifying various settings for each view type.

Today
Selecting this command will cause today's date to be displayed in the Calendar View. The default keyboard shortcut is Ctrl+T.Go to Date
This will display the Go To Date dialog, where any date can be selected for display in the Calendar View. The default keyboard shortcut is Ctrl+G.Day
Selecting this command will activate the Day View. The default keyboard shortcut is Ctrl+1.
Week
Selecting this command will activate the Week View. The default keyboard shortcut is Ctrl+2.
Month
Selecting this command will activate the Month View. The default keyboard shortcut is Ctrl+3.
Day View Settings
This expands into a menu allowing various Day View settings to be adjusted. See the Day View for details.
Week View Settings
This expands into a menu allowing various Week View settings to be adjusted. See the Week View for details.
Month View Settings
This expands into a menu allowing various Month View settings to be adjusted. See the Month View for details.
