HI, (bonjour)

I am a french buyer of VUE MINDER ULTIMATE. My P.C is broken and I have bought an another one. I have tried to install the VUE MINDER (I keep it on a USB flash drive) on my laptop ACER but it asks me to buy again the software.

I had a previous problem and I asked for a support. I dont remenber the links of my previous connection on the Vue Minder forum.

I do need your help to re-install the software on my new laptop.

My name : MAX DE CHAVIGNY

If you want others elements to find my purchase , I can send them by e-mail ( proof of purchase, code of lifetime update protection code).

Another thing : i am not convinced of the efficiency of a USB fash drive to install or re-install your software. But I am convinced of the efficiency of your software.
