Data keeps disappearing

For about 2 weeks now i have to continuously restore data every time i want to use the calendar it will not hold. Help please

It is Vueminder Ultimate Lifetime 2017.4

Hi lokishadow, are your calendars syncing with anything external, such as MySQL Server, Google Calendar, Outlook, etc.? It sounds like the events in your calendars were somehow marked as deleted, so after you restore your data, VueMinder syncs with the external calendars, sees the events were deleted, and then deletes the events fromVueMinder to match the external calendar.

Please try these steps:
1. Disable your network connection. Disabling the network connection should (hopefully) prevent the calendar from syncing and causing the events to be removed.
2. Restore your data in VueMinder.
3. If the events don’t automatically disappear after being restored, open the Calendar Properties of each calendar and check the “Do not sync” box.
4. Exit VueMinder by right-clicking its icon in the notification area and selecting “Exit”.
5. Restart VueMinder.
6. Open the Calendar Properties of each calendar and re-enable syncing.
