Reinstalled Windows

Hi - I had to reinstall Windows so I reinstalled Vueminder (2016.04) and imported my backup data, and all went well - until...

The last update I installed was 2017.01. I tried using my update protection code to install 2017.01 again and it says I needed to update my protection. But I had 2017.01 installed before my protection lapsed :o .

I would greatly appreciate your advise on how I should proceed.

Hi Sandy, the email has been sent again to the address that was used when you purchased and when you created an account on the VueMinder forums. If that's no longer the correct email address, please let me know.

Dan - My email address hasn't changed. I have checked my junk mail folder as well. Is there an email address I could send a note to you at? Perhaps by replying to that we'll get it together? Thank you for your patience!
