Version 2017.01 Hang / Stuck

Sir, I am a new user of Ultimate version, currently 15 days trial version. I actually buy your product but please solve my query first.

I had an old version of VueMinder Ultimate which was running fine after installation but as i update this with version 2017.01 it is stuck at the first screen and not running at all. I had tried this on several system but it is not running. Why old version running well and new version stuck on first screen.

Second query is when I make a new note and try to link this with an existing Contact then, only one contact is showing visible and rest of 8 contacts presents in grid and also selectable but not visible. I have to randomly click on grid and select blindly.

Sir , but my major issue is first one. If i am going to purchase this software and if it will not run properly on my all systems then it will be a big loss for me.

Hi asif4004, welcome to the forums. Which version of Windows are you using? If you're using Windows 7 or later, please install .NET Framework 4.6.2. You can download it here: ... x?id=53344

If you're still using Windows XP (ugh!), you'll need to install an update to .NET Framework 4.0:

Does that fix it?
