Corrupted Vueminder program

I believe that my vueminder program is corrupted. Whenever I go onto my vueminder program, it locks up when I try to use it. I want to try to download a new copy of this file to see if that will fix my problem. Can anybody give recommendations on what I should do to make this happen? Should I delete my old copy and then download a new copy of this file? Please give recommendations.

Hi Terry, have you tried rebooting? If rebooting doesn’t fix the problem, there might be something wrong with your VueMinder installation. To fix the problem, use the Control Panel to uninstall VueMinder (this won’t remove any data). Reboot after uninstalling. Next, download and reinstall using the link below:

If that doesn’t solve it, please make sure you have the latest .NET Framework installed. You can download it using the link below:
https://www.microsoft.com/net/download/ ... rk-runtime

If you still see the problem after installing the latest .NET Framework, there might be a problem with the program data file. You can use the utility linked below to completely reset the data.

After resetting the data and restarting VueMinder, use the “Restore Data” command on the File menu to restore from a backup.

Please let me know if that doesn't fix the problem or if you have any other questions.
